We are happy to introduce you to our next acquisition, the Aspect, located in Orlando, FL for the Ashcroft Value-Add Fund II (“AVAF2”). The Aspect is a 432-unit property located less than 3-miles from Halston Four Corners, an AVAF1 asset.
